Raspberry Breakfast Smoothie

This is an absolutely delicious milkshake and makes a great start to the morning. This makes two very generous servings, and would easily stretch to three if needed. Measurements are approximate.

  • 250 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 3 big handfuls (120g) of oats
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 300 ml milk
  • 250 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 large banana
  1. Blend the yoghurt, oats, honey and milk.
  2. Add the raspberries and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the banana and blend. (Adding the banana last avoids heating the banana too much, which changes the taste.)
