Macaroni Peas

Adapted from: Modified from Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's Veg Everyday

  • 250 g frozen peas
  • 25 g strong hard cheese, grated
  • 200 g macaroni
  1. Boil the peas, then blend with 100 ml of the cooking water and the cheese.
  2. Cook the macaroni, drain, and stir in the sauce.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve, optionally with extra cheese on top.
