- 250 g frozen peas
- 25 g strong hard cheese, grated
- 200 g macaroni
- Boil the peas, then blend with 100 ml of the cooking water and the cheese.
- Cook the macaroni, drain, and stir in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve, optionally with extra cheese on top.
