Chocolate-Ginger Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 30 g flour
- 30 g sugar
- 15 g cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 -2 tsp ground ginger
- 50 g milk
- 25 g butter or oil
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Melt the butter or oil, if solid.
- Mix all ingredients in a mug.
- Microwave for 40-50 seconds.
- Serve immediately; eat with a spoon directly from the mug.
