Ingredients
  • 30 g flour
  • 30 g sugar
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp ground ginger
  • 50 g milk
  • 25 g butter or oil
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Method
  1. Melt the butter or oil, if solid.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a mug.
  3. Microwave for 40-50 seconds.
  4. Serve immediately; eat with a spoon directly from the mug.
